The people here genuinely care so much, and you can tell. They don’t act like they know everything or just dismiss what you have to say. They actually listen to the owners and take your concerns seriously.

I have trusted Best Friends with my baby for almost 2 years and have been nothing but pleased with the care he has received as well as my interactions with staff.
Most recently, I was handed some unpleasant news regarding a health issue with my dog and the staff was stellar in the way they handled the situation.
Bad news is not what you want at the doctor's office or the vet, but when it happens, the way you are treated is often just as critical as the care you receive.
And when handed the news about my baby, I was understandably upset and the staff made every attempt to ease the pain of the situation and was very quick to work with me om a solution.

Lost my 8 yr old Dog Gus on 5-26-26 Due to Hemoabdomen, Dr. Amanda B and Alley assisted me with His passing. Just know Gus was my everything,Im suffocating in grief.But you two made me feel safe to let him go to be in peace😔❤ I appreciate all of Best friends for being so Kind and loving towards Gus for the past 8 years having him and truly treating him like he was your Best friend.I know he was mine💔
