I found myself in a time sensitive situation when I was TDY to Fort Leonard Wood and my pet needed some dental work done. After calling the on post veterinary clinic all week and not getting a response to voicemails, I was recommended Cross Creek.

The staff was incredibly accommodating and able to get me in for not only the dental work, but an initial consultation all in less than a week and a half. They took their time explaining the left and right end of my pet’s dental quote and made sure I understood everything and my options.

Cross creek literally saved our Basset Hound.
After our Basset Hound Charlie ate a walnut outside without us knowing, he lost his appetite, was constantly puking and was really starting to lose his weight. We took him to our normal vet and after an X-Ray and some quick looking over they sent us home with an IV and an antibiotic assuming it was just some sort of stomach virus. Well after another week of his health getting much more worse we brought him into Cross Creek where the primary vet (I forget her name) automatically knew she needed to do some more aggressive diagnosing and gave us plenty of options of what we could do. Recently it came time to have one of our fur baby's to pass over on the rainbow bridge. The staff were very understanding and caring and today we received a sympathy card from all the staff with their words of compassion and signatures. Included was a little square with our little doggie's paw print. This meant so much to us. Thank you all.
