Ok, let me start by saying that I didn't even know about this place until I wanted my hair colored. My loction recommended a young lady that works there. However, she was booked. But being a former soldier, I was not about to give up. I waited until, I couldn't wait any longer and gave it one more shot. And lo and behold, the young lady that answered the phone told me that she would color my locs for me. To say I was elated would be an under statement.
