Posey Family Plumbing has been the first honest and fair company we’ve worked with that responded even while away on a mission trip to schedule an appointment for us. Brian Posey and his family’s company is a life saver! My water heater went out and I thought it was the elements. He took the time to check them and brought it to my attention that there was a ton of corrosion around the elements and that the safety switch was doing the right thing by turning off and protecting my house. He didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot when I asked my questions. I was able to save the money for a new water heater he put me on his schedule for the next day! When I run into any plumbing issues they are going to be the company that I reach out too.

We had a clogged sewer line that was backing up into my basement. Brian took my call late at night and arrived the next morning 15 minutes early. He was professional and had my drain cleaned out in about an hour. He didn't upcharge or add extra unnecessary services. Just kept to his honest work and estimate. I really appreciated him coming out so soon and I loved that I got to support a local small business.
