I’ve been to a few Planet Fitness locations and this is a really good one. It’s spacious, has a good range of equipment, and the staff keep it very clean. The paper towels and sanitizing spray are well-stocked and placed all around so you can clean the equipment. If a machine needs a repair, staff is receptive to logging the problem. The hydromassage lounges are nice, and I like that you can bring a guest with the black card membership. Overall, a great gym to get in a workout.

I really love visiting Planet Fitness in Washington! The gym equipment is in great condition and makes workouts enjoyable. The women’s locker rooms are always clean and well-maintained, which I truly appreciate. The tanning beds are new, and they change the bulbs regularly — something I wish was done at my previous Planet Fitness in Springfield, MO.
The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Austin, in particular, is like a ray of sunshine in the evening when I come to work out. He’s always very kind, cheerful, and ready to help. On days when I’m tired and not really feeling motivated, his positive attitude really inspires me to keep going.
Update: I have been going back to this location now for another 30 days. In this 30 day period They have seem to figure out how to schedule their machines for red light therapy. I have spoken with regional manager and local managers and they assured me, they are working to fix the problem . I leave this update because I do believe they do genuinely care and are addressing the issue. Hard for me to raise it to a five star, because of the issues that were there. But it is much much much improved.
