Used them three years ago for my replacement roof after having seen their work on a neighbor's home. Very great choice for fast & friendly service at reasonable prices with no regrets. They were very attentive when I had questions and addressed any concerns quickly. They even came through for me the day before Thanksgiving 2019, a year later, when the roof needed a repair due to the massive wind storm that struck. So reassuring knowing they were able to take care of it since I had a flight to catch! They saved my holiday & wallet from further problems. Good experience with Brautigam! Got a bad roof installation and bought the spiel of Stormguard in Pacific, MO to fix a leak (big mistake). Stormguard's repair lasted about a whopping 4 months...and after verbally promising it was "warrantied for a year"--refused to honor it! Called Brautigam and asked for an emergency repair to prevent interior damage. (Oh no!) They came 10 days later, on a SUNDAY no less! Which I sincerely appreciated since it's March and the storms here in the midwest can get pretty bad. Not only that, but charged a very reasonable price.
