We had several shingles fold back on a Saturday the day before Easter Sunday, due to a severe thunderstorm. Water leaked into our new home which was just painted. The owner called us back almost immediately after we called to set up an appointment with him to have the issue addressed.
The owner himself came by on Easter Sunday and sealed up the roof, until his company could get the matching shingles and perform a permanent repair.
Awesome workmanship, awesome customer service and we highly recommend Shingle Tech for your roofing needs.
The roof was repaired with the new shingles in a couple days after the temporary repair, and has been watertight.

Shingle Tech replaced our roof 18 months ago and gutters this past week. Both experiences have been top notch. Prompt, professional service and never leaves any mess!! The most reasonable price on both!
Overall my experience was positive. Very few hang ups, good communication, and quality workmanship. We did get hung up on some work my chimney needed but Jeremy from their sales team worked with me and my chimney inspector to form a solution. I did shop around and got a few quotes and Shingle Tech had competitive prices and quality work so they won the bid. Lastly, my yard was left clean! If it wasn't for the new roof I wouldn't have known they were there!
