We enjoyed getting to pick out our new home with Nick's help. We love our open concept and our wonderful corner lot! As with any new build, there were some issues. Dan, the project manager, has been nothing but attentive and helpful. He answered our many questions during the build and addressed our concerns as soon as they arose. We are still waiting on the final grade and sod, thanks to the crazy frigid weather and some pretty intense snowfalls. We are confident the yard will be completed as soon as Mother Nature allows it! We have met a number of the friendly people in our neighborhood. It's a terrific community.

Our experience with Rolwes has been nothing but wonderful. Nick was great in the sales office and super helpful. He answered all questions in a timely manner. Dan was a fantastic project manager who kept us up to date and in the loop with what was happening through every stage of our build. We would recommend a Rolwes home to anyone.

My husband and I met with Nick multiple times when we were looking to build a new home. He listened to what was important to us and made suggestions based on those things. We never felt pressured to do anything and Nick was always very patient and answered our questions and made multiple changes to the plans as they came up while looking at different floor plans and house designs.
