They scheduled quickly and arrived right on time. They seemed knowledgeable, did a great job and left everything clean. There was a miscommunication in the beginning but they honored their word. Their integrity and work is worthy of 5 stars.

Authority Plumbing and Drain came out on an emergency basis when the pipe from the main water line to our house burst. Their crew was professional, easy to work with, and most of all kind and compassionate with me while I frantically tried to figure things out. They were able to get crews out within a couple of hours to mark the utility lines and were able to immediately start work. Their crew was amazing the entire and kept us updated every step of the way.
