Went in because a gold necklace I bought had a knot in it. The two ladies up front provided excellent customer service and helped me untangle my necklace in a short 5 minutes.

They really helped us find the perfect engagement ring. When we got home, and I was admiring it; I notice a very small diamond was missing. We took the ring back to Glasscock and they IMMEDIATELY fixed it, tightened all prong to secure the rest of my diamonds, and I went home happy as can be! While the jeweler was repairing my ring, the two other women working were so very kind and engaged in conversation with us for the short minutes we waiting for the repair.
10/10! We will be doing all of our fine jewelry shopping with Glasscock now.
I was looking to get my great grandmothers wedding ring repaired and cleaned up and I’m so glad that I brought it here! The ring looks beautiful! I had it repaired in January and somehow managed to break the band again about a week ago, I brought it back in and they fixed it and cleaned it again for me for free which I really appreciate! Everything was very affordable and I love having this special ring from my family
