Friday the 23rd, 9pm during that terrible cold, my furnace quit. I called Air design at about 10pm. Left a voicemail. Because of the cold, I called several other places, all voicemails.
Early Saturday, Air Design called back, and said they could be at our house in 20 minutes.
About 45 minutes later, my house had heat again. I didn’t hear from the other places until Monday.
I highly recommend Air Design.

Very responsive and fair in their pricing. My heat stopped running and they were to my house within an hour with the heat back on and running properly. It wasn’t a complicated repair but time means a lot when it’s freezing outside and I appreciated them coming out so quickly. Great service!

Outstanding quality of service and materials. Our 20 year old air-to-air heat pump was freezing up and wouldn't get cold. Tech confirmed that it needed freon, but because of the age of the unit, R22 was no longer available to recharge our system. Recommendation was to replace both the indoor and outdoor units and we are totally pleased. Newer unit is even much quieter than the old one. Very highly recommend anyone within the Warrensburg/Johnson County, Missouri area who needs service or replacement, Air Design Heating & Cooling is the place to go for sure.
