“These guys are PHENOMENAL! My gate stop working with all the snow. I called and talked with Jim. Within minutes he called back and said that his contractor (Patrick McDermott) with Automatic Gate and Door would be stopping by on his way home! Patrick was there within 20 minutes and my gate was back working (again within minutes). Both Kirkwood Fence and their contractor, Automatic Gate and Door, were amazing. This type of service just seems to not exist anymore. It was a lifesaver as I have two dogs that I let out in the back yard (the gate was stuck in the open position) - this would have been difficult to manage had they not be SO responsive!
