“The business side is lacking due to unanswered calls etc. But the installers are kick-butt guys. When your fence is done, it looks great. Would help if they had office staff to answer questions more timely. I was not sure when my work would be done. Even the day scheduled had issues with workers arriving quite late due to prior customer demands. I was not notified of what was happening. If they polished the business side... they'd be hard to beat. My patio is literally 8 ft over from my neighbor. He & I both agreed it needed addressed. Their project manager, Toby, made sure to provide proof of insurance at the initial estimate, and he took the time to really understand what kind of fence we wanted and how we needed it to perimeter our yard. Their coordinator, Lori, had wonderful communication for every step of the process. After our payment, we had an install date within ten days! The install of the entire fence, AND clearing the old fence along our back wall, only took ONE day! It turned out amazing!
