I would give 10 stars if it was an option. Very knowledgeable, worked quickly, explained everything as he went along. I felt pricing was very fair. Less than $100 more than renting the equipment with no guarantee it would work. Brock was my technician, I would highly recommend him and this company over all. I fought this for 2 weeks trying to rent equipment ect. In the future if needed I will call them right away.

Wow!!!! I called the office first thing in the morning and Brock arrived at the property at 8:50 AM. That is true customer service!In addition, Brock was polite, respectful and determined to get the issue fixed. It was a tricky issue, but Brock never gave up until he was successful. He tried several different things and it was evident that his knowledge was crucial to successfully fixing the issue! He is definitely an asset to the company.

I called Mid American Drain Service about my clogged sink drain. They were the only company that could give me an estimate over the phone. I booked their service for 1 st opening and was given a time frame of 1-2 pm. At 1 pm they called and said a technician was in the way. Soon after that Nick arrived and was able to clean the nasty black blockage. The estimate was spot on and I felt it was very reasonable vs everything other companies told me. Nick was very nice and helpful. He cleaned up after himself and was in and out. I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone. Thank you Nick!
