I think Adia was professional, quick, customer service was good. However, I was never told I’m running out of hair she just kept going and my hair is a mess. My parts are all different sizes, braids unraveling, (I’ve had to retwist them myself)braids all sizes long mini etc. I was told $180 by phone I get there she basically told me since the back of my hair is past my shoulders it will be $230. Literally it’s only the back row that extends just less than an inch past my shoulders additional $50 she never asked before I got there so she could give accurate pricing based on length. I end up paying $220 for mini two strand twist.
Was looking for a place to get my hair braided and I heard this was the best place. The employees where very rude and told me to leave. If you are white, stay away they will not serve you.
I love this shop. From the beginning I felt a warmth from Miss Pauline that you rarely find in this day and time. The ladies are nice, cordial, and professional. The way they work on your head is like poetry in motion and her prices are very reasonable.. I was there today and left looking gorgeous again.I watched her deal with a very hard to please customer and her hair looked gorgeous; Miss Pauline remained very calm and professional. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their hair done right. Thanks again, Miss Pauline
