“RJ is one of the most personable people I've ever had the pleasure to meet and work with. I expected to get a quote for repairs but RJ had other options. He came to my house with a plan for the repairs. I actually thought he would tell me what to do and leave. To my dismay I was totally wrong. We got the panels for the skylights. Again I thought I would have to get someone to do the job. Little did I know that he was going to do the work for me. I just had back surgery and couldn't get around to easy. RJ told me to sit down, that he was going to do the repairs himself. I was shocked. That kind of thing doesn't happen for me ever. He worked nonstop until the job was finished. It's just not something I expected. We talked about the project throughout the afternoon. When he was done, I had a totally different idea about contractors. It was a pleasure meeting RJ and found out that, there are still people who are all about costumer care. I will tell everyone about my complete satisfaction. I have and will continue telling people about Cleary. When he left he still had an outstanding attitude. You can tell he was happy to get the job done.
