We had them do a full kitchen reno - down to the studs - on our old, difficult to work with house in Brentwood. New electrical throughout, moved gas lines, knocked down a wall... the whole nine yards. But they handled every hurdle with professionalism and made sure every detail was thought through.

“My experience with Droste & Sons has been a positive experience from start to finish! The other construction companies I called to bid on finishing my basement would only discuss my project over the phone and ask me to send them pictures of my unfinished basement prior to sending a proposal. Jeff Droste personally came to my house, inspected/measured the basement, discussed layout, and budget. Soon afterward I received a detailed plan and proposal! Their personal touch and reputation made me feel confident I chose the right company to finish my basement.

The construction started and finished as projected. Permits were obtained and building codes were followed. Jeff Droste came daily to check on the progress and gave me an opportunity to voice any concerns. I was emailed regularly on who and what trades would be coming that day.

The carpenters skills were outstanding! I’m so impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. All the trades people who came were professional, worked as a team, and gave it 100% while here. The job site was always clean! Everyone picked up and swept daily plus construction waste was removed on a regular basis.
