My 5 year old loved the experience she had with Dr.Travis! She is still talking about how much fun. He was so laid back and had a lot of patience with her and worked with her! He adapted 100% to her not being all that cooperative! 100% recommend taking any child to union location

I've been here a few times over the years with appointments for not only myself, but my child as well. I have always generally felt like this place is very friendly and professional with wonderful and knowledgeable doctors, however upon entering the building on one of my visits one of women at the front desk was rather rude any time I had to deal with her. As well as one of the eye appointments felt a tad rushed and not as through as what it could have been. Wide glasses selection and your able to purchase contacts here as well. Overall still a great place to come here to get your vision checked out and get a cute pair of glasses/contacts/check up.

We had a big misunderstanding regarding our eyeglasses (we thought that it was misplaced and got lost in the store but it was not). We are very sorry for any problems we may have caused. We are retrieving our previous negative review and giving it a 5 stars because all doctors and staff here are truly gracious and competent. Highly recommending this branch and sending our heartfelt apologies and thanks!
