It’s hard to describe how efficient, helpful, and courteous Peters’ HVAC personnel always are. I’m a senior citizen living on my own. I need these folks to be kind and fair to me because I don’t know Jack Shmoodley about what the flashing lights and codes are all about. They never fail to amaze me with how good these people are, considering how clueless I am. Patience? They’ve got that going to the max. In all the years I’ve called upon them, I have had nothing but reassuring help from the Troy Mo office. I unequivocally recommend Peters HVAC!!

We recently had our entire heating and AC system replaced by Peters, and I can honestly say this is the best company I’ve worked with in a long time. Our rep, Alex, was fantastic—quick to respond with quotes, answered every question I had, and worked with us to make sure everything fit our budget. When we were ready to move forward, the team came out right away and did an outstanding job. We couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Even weeks after the installation, when I had trouble installing a new thermostat, Alex sent a tech out the very next day to take care of it.
