This is my first experience building with CMS Homes as a Realtor and I have sold many new construction homes over the years. From the very beginning, Lona was great to work with. If you're looking for someone who is low pressure and is not going to talk you into things you don't need, Lona is your gal! She was so good at guiding my buyers through the process and helping with tips and tricks of things other buyers have appreciated having in their home. From start to finish, the home was started in a timely manner, the process was super smooth, everyone at CMS we encountered was always super accommodating, kind and helpful.

I would recommend CMS Homes based on the fact that they are honest enough to allow negative reviews to be posted on Google and Facebook. We chose another builder in Troy who "Promises to build Your Dream Home". Due to mis-management of our project, things didn't turn out anywhere near what we were promised. I tried to post reviews to make others aware and quickly found out this builder deletes and blocks ALL posts that aren't positive. From what I've seen, CMS is much more experienced and detail oriented. They work more closely with customers to ensure a better overall finished product resulting in more satisfied customers.

The numerous advantages of building or purchasing an inventory home or building a new CMS home. The hands on site builder is a passion driven builder who takes pride as if he was building it for himself and exceeds expectations to deliver a premium quality house with fit and finish second to none.
