Could NOT have had a better experience. Called us back super quick, super friendly. Said it would be evening when they could get to us but were able to get to us almost immediately instead even though they were swamped. They worked quick, fixed the problem, and we're very affordable. Will absolutely be giving them our future business. Thank you!
Called for a replacement furnace and Zack was quick on bid and had me installed in a timely manner he documented all work and was very polite and professional hope to have him around for future ac and heating needs highly recommended O’Neil heating and cooling!
Excellent customer service! I called Oneal’s at 8am because my AC was not working. At 10:15 a crew showed up to fix the problem. By 11am they had the AC working perfectly. Very satisfied.
