After that she started my haircut.She checked her notes from my last haircut and made a few suggestions on today’s haircut which was spot on. We than headed over to the hair washing station where I received a a facial and a hot towel wrap. The next step was a shampoo and styling.

I had a dilemma with my hair, and I was nervous I wouldn't be able to get it redone in time for my wedding, but Rosalyn squeezed me in last minute between 2 clients for a color correction consult the same day I contacted the salon. She even took the time to do a dry cut and style my hair!

She was quick to jump in and offer advice about the color, style, length, and upkeep of my hair(I don't know anything about hair).
She also talked me through the entire process before doing anything, and in the end, I got exactly what I wanted!
