I was greeted right away by Niccole and you can tell immediately that she cares so much & is so knowledgeable. We did a consultation & reviewed my history before moving forward with the lymphatic drainage facial. My Oura ring thought I was in a deep sleep during this! It was so relaxing and I definitely reached a meditative state. My skin looked so glowy & you can see a difference right away. My face looked sculpted but also just very “awake” and alive. I will definitely be back to try a lymphatic drainage massage and for another facial! She has so many services that would fit anyone’s needs. Finding a holistic med spa can be challenging, but if you’re looking for one, try R&R!“

“Dr Sarhaddi has done the most exceptional surgery on my face and neck and continues to provide exceptional post-surgery care. She did a deep plane facelift as well as eyelid surgery with results that, in my opinion, took 25 years off the age of my neck! Recovery has included a lot of edema and numbness but it's not apparent from my appearance and fully expected based on written and verbally communicated information from the doctor's office. A key part of Dr. Sarhaddi's team is Emily Stenger, her wonderful medical assistant. Both before and after the surgery, Emily has been terrific in responding very promptly to dozens of questions about what to expect both beforehand and questions I've had since the surgery while recovering. Cindy Blanner, the Patient Care Coordinator, has also been great in handling all questions about costs as well as providing and explaining the paperwork required. Everyone is very personable as well.
