Mike was tremendous! Very prompt, worked quickly and extremely informative. Didn’t seem to mind me hovering around and bugging him with questions; in fact, gave me great insight and suggestions for maintenance and care that may prevent future issues. Could not have been more satisfied!
AC problem arose on a hot Saturday. Repairman arrived within 2 hours of my call. Several issues identified and stayed until everything addressed and explained. Expensive but for great courteous weekend service in a tourist area from a reputable company, I believe it was fair.
This outfit is top notch. Went thru our entire system and determined it was only a motor starter. They could have changed me more but only changed me for the part and labor. You can trust these guys. Wouldn’t have anybody else but them
