I called to ask for information on how to install part onto my air conditioner and the gentleman who answer the call was very polite and informative. He shared information freely and was happy to continue answering my questions through text after the initial ones i called about. To me good customer service is willingness to communicate with a customer and answer their questions completely and patiently and that is what I received. I will be using this companie's services again in the future if needed.

I have been continually donating gently used and clean items to this thrift store and have had a great experience with Angie at the shelter as I find her to be very caring of all her animals. I moved from KC to my lake house 4 yrs ago and got adopted by many stray cats and Angie has helped me tremendously with getting them fixed. I'm still working on catching some and Angie has been so kind to extend a certificate to me without an expiration til I can round them all up. They are well fed and cares for at my house and have warm beds in the winter. We all need to keep doing our part to support the homeless pets that need us. With that said I do donate often and believe this is a great place to bring gently used items that can be resold to the public to buy food and medical and bedding for these sweet fur babies. Please adopt here, you won't be sorry that you did.
Wonderful selection of trees and plants. We bought a beautiful spruce tree for our front lawn. Personnel were all very helpful.
