No need to look elsewhere! I wish I’d gone to Sewer Dr first. Jordan made intentional effort to hear my description of our sewer problems and quickly diagnosed the cause. I had spent a lot of time and money with another company who never fixed the problem, yet tried to upsell me on repairs I didn’t need. These guys really cared about helping me. In very little time, Jordan and a team member found our issue, resolved it and didn’t charge me at all what they could have. But chose to help me out in light of all the $ I’d already spent. Kindness like that is rare. You won’t regret trusting this company!

I called The Sewer Doctor to do a last minute re-inspection of a sewer line in Excelsior Springs for my buyer who was coming down to the inspection period deadline and we really could not extend the timeline. Linda worked me into their schedule on the last day of our inspection period. John drove all the way to Excelsior Springs to get the job done for me at 5:00 at night on our last day of the inspection period to get it done for us. Linda stayed in contact with me through this entire process, working late to get the report to me on that last day and made sure I met the deadline for my buyer. We had a situation with our home sale where an inspector had concerns about our sewer line. Our realtor said to call The Sewer Doctor, they have a great reputation in the realtor world. Justin, the technician that came out was wonderful! He was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. I was super impressed with the turnaround on getting our report. Our appointment was the last appointment of the day, I still received the detailed report, the same day! Getting this report was important to us and the fact that we got it so quickly was impressive! I will definitely use The Sewer Doctor going forward and recommend them to friends and family.
