My 98-year-old father needed his heating fixed, so we called Ransom, and Mr. Ransom himself came by within a couple of hours. He went right to work and had the problem (dirty flame sensors) cleaned up within 30 minutes. So pleased with the friendliness and the quiet competence shown!

I called and they said it would be a day before they could get to me but they would try to squeeze me in if they could. He called and showed up 2 hours after I called. Was able to diagnose the problem within 20 minutes and had parts in him! Thank you so much!
