I have been going to Sederburg's since the early 2000's. They are so professional and knowledgeable. 4 years ago I moved to Festus, and my husband and I briefly discussed finding someone closer, BUT we discovered the portal, where we are able to upload everything. Then Sederburg calls to confirm after they have them prepared and we get what we need to sign through the portal, sign the downloaded forms through the portal and send them back, And then we call and pay over the phone. Once Sederburg has you set up with the portal, it is so easy. This is my 2nd year using Sederburg & Assoc. I submitted my documentation in April with no appointment. I am going through the process of buying/selling homes and Sederburg has been so accommodating in helping get what I need to move along in my loan approval process! Their staff is always pleasant when I speak to them on the phone and it makes such a big difference when we are talking about a subject that nobody likes... taxes.
