10/10 would use this company over all big ones in the area. Dan is incredibly knowledgable, helpful, honest and communicates quickly and answers his phone fast. He came out the following day after I called him about mold in our bathroom. Inspection was FREE and he gave us many (10+ hints on how to prevent and clean the mold ourselves) and said call us if it gets worse. He could have taken advantage of us and chose to be honest & helpful in a world of big corporations that are looking to get ahead, Dan is looking to help.
