Appointment made for 7:45. Paperwork arrived in the mail also confirming 7:45 appointment. We arrive at 7:40 and walk in and step to the office desk where staff was located. We were told that they don't open until 8am and their computer were still starting up and that we would have to wait, that she only opened the doors early due to the rain. This is all fine except for the tone, facial expression, and body language given. Once called to the desk, I completed the necessary requests and then asked why we were given a 7:45 appointment and the paperwork says the same if they didn't open until 8? To which the other patient said she was booked for the same and her paperwork came as such. We did receive a apology. Got placed in a room, only for another employee to come in with a poor bedside manner. The door opened at one point, we were not addressed, only told the physician would be late due to weather and the door shut. The only positive was the physician Dr Reggie was very nice and informative. I'm sure the physicians are not aware of how their office staff is with their patients, if they were they would get new employees.
