Mr. Shifts Transmission Shop

I had my cat towed here thinking I needed a new transmission because I had took it to midas to get it looked at n they referred me to these guys!! They was very prompt with the whole process n kept me updated about everything, they towed my car for free, it ended up not needing a transmission but a new line put in and a Trans flush!! They saved me alot of money n time!! I highly recommend them n there honest people!!!

I would give Mr Shifts 6 stars if I could. They went above and beyond helping me. I took my car there in nov of 2023 for my clutch actuator issues in a '14 ford focus. They not only replaced that, they also gave me a free battery (that AAA wouldnt reimburse me for). They also offered to give me a ride home (from st charles to st louis). Fast forward to june of 2024, the same code popped up (however still under warranty with mr shifts) so took my car back. They went out of their way and hooked up a new tcm for me to confirm the dealership could replace for me for free (still under warranty, barely). This time i was also offered a ride home. Austin was very professional and pleasant to work with on my transmission. We went through all the steps from pricing, to getting me out the door without any issues. My 14 RAM 2500 is now shifting well, with no leaks. I took it out on a trip this weekend with my 6,000 lb camper and it did great under a load. It cost 20% more than the other places I called, but he was able to change it in 2 days with a heavy duty transmission that he had in stock that came with a 3-year warranty instead of 2 at all the other places I checked with. It was well worth it, all the other places wanted to keep my truck for about 2 weeks. Very happy with Mr Shifts.
