advertising tactics are scammy. I am not interested, yet they keep mailing me "personal and confidential" Addressed to "Vehicle Owner" and the year and model of car is incorrect. If they were legit, they would not have to resort to this kind of advertising.

This is the second time I've been denied a claim even though my plan covers the repair needs. If services are not performed on my truck and I have a major issue then who's liable.

I've had carshild 12 + Yrs I took car in shop on 12/23/2025 ASE shop Joe's automotive Reno Nevada he inspected the car towed the warranty company the parts that were needed and he asked they asked him the part number he gave it to him he told him the price of his labor the price of the work done they told him what they would cover and what they would not cover and they gave him the claim number and they said that they would be sitting on inspector over but that didn't happen till New Year's eve two weeks later I called the warranty company told him to get the inspector over there the inspector right just before the shop closed the inspector... read full review
