As a woman, you never really know what you are going to get with contractors. The Account Manager, Austin Brady, gets 5 stars alone because not only was he very responsive to my needs, responding to my texts and calls promptly, but he also honored my insurance’s estimate amount and did not ask for a penny more than my deductible. They offered a free upgrade to an architectural shingle, unlike their competitor, and they made the whole process so smooth! The crew did a great job of cleaning up the area as well.
