I was so impressed with how professional this Company. From the first time they showed up at my door and asked if they could inspect my roof. When they found hail damage they immediately contacted my Insurance Company and put in the claim. The claim was approved. The Company then set up a time that the Roofing Company and the Adjuster could meet at my house and inspect the roof. The Adjuster agreed with the Roofing Company for full coverage. My Insurance Company said the money would be in my Bank account and it was. The owner of the Company soon came to my house and helped me choose the color for my new roof. Austin and Autumn at Bedrock construction were wonderful to work with! Austin kept me in the loop, contacted my insurance company, kept them in the loop on the progress of the project. Autumn answered my questions or steered me to the right person to get my questions answered. They did a good job on my roof replacement. I also wanted to mention, that I had three different types of roofs needing replacement that were damaged as part wind and hail storm. They did a great job!
Bedrock was the ABSOLUTE best to work with. Clear communication, very fair pricing, excellent work done on our new roof after the storms here in St. Louis this spring. I cannot recommend them enough! Work done in area code 63125. They were so organized, did a phenomenal job of cleanup and were so kind, polite and professional at every step of the job.
