I strongly recommend ATCS for all your computer needs. They diagnosed an issue that had rendered my laptop unusable and installed a new SSD, Windows, and drivers, AND transferred my files all within 24 hours. I don’t recall the name of the gentleman who helped me, but he was highly professional and courteous each time we spoke. He updated me about the issue and likely cost of parts/repair before further labor charges were incurred. My final bill was very reasonable and the whole process was a breeze. No need for further searching for a computed repair shop - if you’re reading this, then you’ve found the one.

Dennis and his team - Thank You! They recovered my laptop from a MicroSoft Bitlocker error which locked up my computer and encrypted it. They replaced the battery (the source of the problem), decrypted the drive, and set up a excellent backup system. I am a very pleased ATCS customer.

I have to say that from the first phone call I could tell I was actually talking to someone that knew what he was talking about,
I know nothing about computers so it was very stressful not knowing what to do, I called DELL what a mistake that was 3hr and finally told me that I would have to take it somewhere that they couldn't FIX it,
So I took my computer 🖥 in the staff was great and they let me ramble on about what I thought was wrong and they didn't make me feel uncomfortable,
