Christy, from American Homepatient, was very knowledgeable and kind when she came to my home to set my new machine up. She truly cared and answered all my concerns and questions professionally.
I have used American Home Patient for over 10 years and yes since bought out by Lincare there have been a few issues (phone issues, supply shipment issues and billing department issues) so no they are far from perfect but if you go into the local office off Salt Lick they are always friendly and willing to assist with any situation. Yes it’s not idea I have to drive to the office for issues but if thats what it takes to have my issues resolved that’s what I do. Always greeted by friendly staff and they totally understand the issues but unfortunately they can’t fix what corporate does!
