I don’t really have a choice, but to use this location it’s what was essentially assigned to me when I was told I needed to start using a CPAP. I am not surprised to discover how low the ratings are for them.
When I had an issue with my CPAP, calling their helpline resulted in jumping through no fewer than four people over the span of nearly an hour just to tell them the mask I had wasn’t working for me and I needed to adjust to a different one.
When I got an appointment set up to change that mask out I was driving and didn’t have a moment to write down the date, but I remembered that it was Tuesday at 9:30 this establishment send no confirmation...read full review
I see a lot of bad reviews, but that was not at all my experience. This whole process was awful, but getting my equipment from these guys was a light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I cannot be thankful enough to the gentleman that helped me out and the friendly office staff that greeted me. I will 10/10 recommend this place based of my experience.
Christy, from American Homepatient, was very knowledgeable and kind when she came to my home to set my new machine up. She truly cared and answered all my concerns and questions professionally.
