I took two vintage Suede coats to the shop to get dry cleaned and I was told they would take two weeks to get cleaned. They were only at the shop for a few days, not even a full week like they promised, and when I got them back, they were still not clean. Waste of my money.
They have done good work on my shirts & suit. When they tell you something will be ready on a certain day, it is! Competitive prices & a rewards program which is saving me money on the work they do for me. Nice ladies at the front counter as well.
I know of someone who works at American Cleaners and i read most of these reviews in horror. I know they work hard in higher than 100 degree weather in the summer, and less than 30 degree temps in the winter. GIVE THEM A BREAK. ESPECIALLY the counter girls. They do not clean your items. They simply take your order, tag the order, then pick it up and ring it out for you. So please also cut the ladies some slack when they do not accept debit/ credit card, this is why they do not add taxes on any of their prices. Their company is very old school and there is nothing the counter girls can do.
