I rent a home where pest control is included but I still had spiders and bugs so decided to pay for my own service. I used Ken's services last year and he was very thorough, knowledgeable and the price can't be beat! We realized early this morning that we had a yellow jacket infestation in an exterior wall of our house. Ken answered the phone and a lot of my questions to confirm what we were dealing with. I had no expectation that he would be able to see us today, but he surprised me for sure when he said he would see me this afternoon.Ken showed up on time as promised and explain what he was going do and did it. We learned quite a bit from today and appreciate his prompt and professional attention to our needs today.
