Zip car wash is great on Watson road but you all need to do something about the one on Lindbergh Blvd. it never has all the equipment working…passenger side and rear end never get washedService: Auto detailing

The car wash its self is fine not great but it works. But their membership is nothing but problems. I purchased my membership in rock hill where I used to work. I live in O’Fallon and when I visit the two zips out here the gate will never read my tag to let me in. I always have to have someone come over and open the gate after explaining the issue. I have no issues using the zips in crestwood but I have tried several time to cancel my membership. First time I did it at crestwood location and they said it was done. But was still being charged. Then I tried online with no luck. Tried at rock hill and the person was new and didn’t know how to do it. He took down my information...read full review
