Bruce is an expert in physiology and can make even the most challenging actions attainable for most people. He understands the body’s compensation mechanisms and how to address issues in a safe way. The instructor, Bruce, was taught by Iyengar himself. He has a deep knowledge of the body and its mechanics to help each student find relief from pain and learn how they can use Iyengar yoga to improve their...read full review
