Eric from Xcell Williams Heating & Cooling stopped by today. He got me signed up again for their seasonal maintenance special. As usual, he did an excellent job with my furnace maintenance. He was professional, thorough, and friendly. I love this company—they’re the best!
I could not be more pleased with this company. They came first thing in the morning after calling them the night before. Casey was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue with my AC unit and let me know how much it would cost to repair. He gave me some great tips on how to keep up with maintenance on the Furnace and outside unit. I always appreciate a company that doesn’t try to up sell on things not needed. Casey had me up and running within an hour! Highly recommend!
Our AC went out Monday night. I was connected with Xcell Williams on Tuesday. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and was repaired today. My wife has just gone through cancer so it's been difficult with no air conditioning. Sara was absolutely golden in her customer service to us.
