Great facility. I have experienced some wonderfully professional and helpful physical therapists and pt assistants. The office staff if very nice also. Only issue is parking, which there usually is adequate, but since snow is piled on a number of spots, it’s more challenging.
I brought my buddy here. He'd had a stroke leaving him with aphasia. Needs speech therapy, among other things. You know, it's a different, unfamiliar world dealing with this kind of stuff. We met Emma at the front desk and she immediately set us at ease. So many questions and all answered in a friendly, pro way. Checking in was a breeze and then meeting Dr. Hsu and her assessment... she was so thoughtful and HUMAN. My buddy was enthralled and knows it's a long way to go, but he left there WAY more positive than when we walked in. Half the battle, right? This place is fantastic. I cannot say enough good things!!
The facility is great and the staff is awesome! Receiving care by the skill therapists made my recovery less difficult, they made it to were I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
