STAY FAR AWAY FROM USING THIS COMPANY FOR EMPLOYEES PENSION. Employees if your employer use Willis Towers Watson do NOT INVEST YOUR MONEY WITH THEM. It will be a hassle when it’s time to receive your “capital” they are looking over to “Transform your toughest challenges into actionable opportunities.” I spoke with Carol with the ADM Service Center employed by Willis Towers Watson on June 6, 2024 requesting my pension package that I never received physically or electronically. I called again on 10/3, 10/8, 10/24, and today 10/28. Still no package has been received physically nor electronically.
