Waste management has failed to pick up my trash for 2 weeks in a row. There are no access issues with the road i live on, and there has been no incliment weather to prevent service. I always pay on time, and in return they let trash pile up in front of my house. Thier driver lies to the office about access issues and im left dealing with the mess.

This isn't a rating. I wanted to ask if I can bring a king-size bed in there. I moved to a smaller space, had to change the bed, and now I don't know what to do or where to throw it away. Please, I look forward to your response. Thank you!

Do not ever sign a contract for commercial services! The rates keep increasing for no reason and they have a contractual loophole that will require you to pay 6 months of service to cancel services. My reward for being a loyal customer is to have my rates increase $100 every year! I pay over $400 a month for services and was quoted TWICE for $150 for the same services (close to where I started five years ago) and they refuse to return my rates to anywhere close to their standard rates. This is not the cost of inflation if they are quoting much lower rates for new services. And no, I am not confused about whether they are "introductory rates".
