I got a quote $1.2K from another company telling I have to remove drywall for mold remediation (+ add'l cost to build back the drywall). I had Wellington Environmental give me a second opinion which was that there is typical basement water damage but no mold at this point. They instead advised to install a humidifier to prevent potential future mold. They did not charge me for their evaluation nor try to sell me any other service. I will 100% use them again for any future mold situations in any of my properties. Thank you!
