I had the good fortune of being helped by Karl at the Euclid store when I went there to select a snazzy new pair of Warby Parker glasses. Throughout my visit Karl was fully attentive and also had great recommendations of his own -- so much so that I ended up going with one of his ideas and I couldn't be happier with that final choice. In addition to his total professionalism he was also fun and easy to communicate with throughout. One of the best eyeglass-buying experiences I've ever had.

They were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable—helping me find the perfect frames without making it feel overwhelming. Dropped by the CWE Warby Parker earlier this week with a friend who was visiting from out of town. She needed her glasses adjusted after getting them back home. We were in and out super fast, and the fix was perfect on the first try. Cam was incredibly friendly and took the time to make sure the adjustment felt right with her updated prescription. We were on a tight schedule for lunch, and Cam even offered great local recs. Definitely planning to stop by again.
