Here is the inspiration and the product (show in photos) the man was rough (not the owner), he was rushing my nails, the nail glue he had burned my fingers after applying and curing, nail powder is left on the bottom of my nail, and he did not listen to me asking to put more black on the nails to fill it in and I wasn't satisfied. He wouldn't listen to my concerns, He caught an attitude when I told him to change the line color (gold to silver) and he almost nailed it (no pun intended). I was talking to my sister and showing her my nails but he was rude and told me to put my hand back in the drying lamp. The place was a little dirty and I was intimidated by my surroundings. Other than that, I continued through the process. My nails are thick and I paid $50 for this.

For some reason it took 2 hours to do my pedicure? Why? Because the woman who did mine was running around worried about others customers that came in. It took me 30 min to get serviced. I asked for a pedi and usually get a massage but she didn't even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted or it crossed her mind. Either way, they won't be getting a tip from me or seeing me again!

The service has really went down here at this place. I decided to come back to what I know after relocating back to Mo after 5 years. I use to come here every week. I was there to get 2 toes polished , waited patiently for one of the techs to half polish my toes after arguing with me that that's not my color and stated "if it's the wrong color it's on me" and I stated yet again this is my color that I've been wearing for a month now. She polished half of the toe and got upset when I asked her to polish the whole toe. Decided to not do my toes because of me asking a question and wanting proper polish. The owner is very rude. I asked him bluntly but respectfully will she be completing the job she started and told me to wait even tho I was next for services. I have no problem spending my money but I do expect respect and humanity and good customer service. I will not return to this establishment after this. I've been back a month, both visits were horrible. Keep driving pass!
