First off, I want to say how professional all the staff is and all the knowledge that they have. Always have given me the accurate answers and then they always get back to me within a few days. Try them and you’ll understand what I’m saying!
The Volpe operation is a refreshing (rare!) combination of high quality and competence AND personal/relational attention. As we met with Mr. Volpe and Tom Frederick, we immediately had a sense that we would be in good hands for our tax needs. They took keen interest in us as persons and clearly explained their process and business philosophy. The responsiveness in phone calls (Apple) and email exchanges (Ryan, Tom) is something that we really appreciate. Their pricing is more than fair. I have already recommended their services to good friends who moved back to town and they were extremely pleased. I will continue to recommend!
I called to ask the questions and the person that answered the phone was very professional and kind. I am not able to afford it right now, but I recommend people to go there and I can see their honest and they have excellent customer service.
