Vo Medical Clinic is a small office that provides great care and kindness to its patients. Although appointments may run late due to the clinic's size, patients are given ample time to discuss their concerns with the doctors. The doctors, including Dr. Mimi Vo, are certified and experienced, and they genuinely care about each patient. The clinic has a clean and comfortable environment, and the staff is friendly and understanding. They go out of their way to make patients feel welcomed, safe, and understood, and they even follow up with calls to schedule appointments or check-ups. Overall, Vo Medical Clinic is a well-regarded place that prioritizes patient care and satisfaction.
You may have to wait a while past your appointment time (plan accordingly) because this is a SMALL office but once you are seen, you will be given ample time to talk with the doctor and I doubt you will find another Dr as caring, thorough, and with the bedside manor of Dr Mimi Vo. She has an amazing list of certifications and years of experience and CARES about everyone she sees. I have never had a doctor give me so much time and attention and REMEMBER things I said in appointments over 9 months ago. At Vo Medical Clinic you are not just a number in a queue and you will get great care and kindness.
This place has a clean, comfortable/aesthetic environment, the doctors here are very friendly and understanding, even though my mom asks so many different questions they still can put up with it, they listen, and answer all of her questions many times until she understands fully what is going on/what is happening. They call their patient's to tell them to schedule appointments/check ups, showing that they really do care for their patient's here, in my opinion, I think they really try their best to have patients here feel welcomed, safe, and under stood. I got my mom a one year membership to this place, she raves about the customer service, cleanliness & the overall aesthetic of the clinic. My mom is super picky with the types of med spas/clinics she goes to, and this one that can confidently say she will be going back to. Thank you Lauren for helping us feel like our best selves.
