Facilitator: Mrs. Rikki Simms Training was very knowledgeable. Mrs. Rikki made sure we knew and understood the training ourse before moving in to the next training course. Mrs. Rikki took the time to show us and work with us with all the different hoya lifts. Mrs. Rikki was very professional with both days of training. I plan on being an employee with Visiting Angels for a long time
