The staff was very accommodating to my mom, sister and I. We were late for our scheduled time but they got us moving along pretty quick. Dan did my pedicure and manicure tonight. He was very kind and gentle. He even helped me with my ingrown toe nail that I was clueless about. Very kind and personable!

I got a terrible "technician" who first cut my toe under the nail and didn't even apologize. Then interrupted my pedicure with a phone call and texting. she was not very focused and did not trim my nails very well. applying polish was sloppy. then I made the mistake of proceeding with the same person for a manicure. she did not file as I asked and got indignant when I asked she to file again. I finally gave up and quit her service. the gentleman saw how unhappy I was and another technician was called upon to fix my nails. I left very unsatisfied.

I've been going to US nails for a long time but this last visit did not live up to their normal reputation. They were nice enough but have raised their prices slightly and when I was getting a manicure, I was cut by the cuticle cutters three times and the person couldn't have cared less. She kept saying like 5 times) I should be getting gel and not polish but I was using a gift card and could only afford a polish manicure. I responded respectfully that it's not in the budget but she wouldn't let it go. I will go back as everyone has off days but overall I was not impressed.
